I love sheet masks – they’re the holy grails of my skincare routine and my skin always feels 100 times better after I use one. I have a soft spot for Taiwanese brands – particularly My Beauty Diary – because they work well and are inexpensive. But damn I hate buying them here in the US because the prices are so inflated! But then I discovered the amazing store that is MyHuo!
After browsing for days (no joke), I finally decided ordered the following items from MyHuo:
- SexyLook New Duo Lifting Mask (Black Pearl) – $9.14 USD
I like that this sheet mask has an extra part for your chin and ears! Theoretically the application of the mask will also help “lift” up your skin and prevent sagging, but I’m just glad that my chin + ears can get some TLC too. - KOJI Dolly Eye Liquid Eyeliner – $12.08 USD
I’ve heard great reviews about how this does not smudge or flake and boy are those reviews right. This is godsent for my oily lids. - My Scheming 7-IN-1 Brightening Essence Mask – $10.73 USD
More brightening sheet masks. What can I say? I’m a fan of them. I chose this one because the mask is actually made of silk rather than cotton, which helps with the fit and absorbtion. - HANAKA Blackhead Pore White Mask – $17.19 USD
This is a cleansing jelly mask which contains charcoal to help absorb the dirt from your pores. Unlike traditional cleansing clay masks, this actually hydrates + soften your skin while deep cleaning it! And how cute is the packaging? - HANAKA Intensive Renewal Facial Mask – $17.19 USD
This is a brightening jelly mask that contains mandelic acid to gently exfoliate your skin. This is a much raved about mask in the Taiwanese beauty blogger community.
I found MyHuo when searching for Annie’s Way jelly masks, and while CosmeDe carried them at an affordable price, their shipping is super slow, and my package got lost in the end. I also tried eBay, but they were selling for almost double the retail price in Taiwan! &%#@~!!
So when I discovered that MyHuo was not only the authorized seller of Annie’s Way products and tons of other Taiwanese and Japanese products, but their prices were almost the same as the retail price in Taiwan! For example, a box of 10 My Beauty Diary masks normally costs $15+ is only $11 there. On top of that, they have free international priority shipping for orders over $100! Can I get a hallelujah up in here?
So if you’re looking for affordable and slightly obscure Asian brand beauty products, I highly recommend MyHuo. There seems to be some concern about the legitimacy of the retailer, and from my experience I have no reasons to doubt it.
They accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, so in the case that something does go wrong with your order, you’re protected by your credit card company. However, I don’t think that would be an issue as I’ve had no problems ordering from them.
I know I have enough masks to last me for the rest of the year, but man I really want to order from them again! If beauty products aren’t your thing, they also carry a variety of Asian snacks that you can’t find in Asian supermarkets ;)
The liquid eyeliner sounds nice! I definitely have issues with other liquid eyeliners smudging or flaking. That’s great that you found a place that has reasonable prices on Asian brand products :)
It’s rare to find a place that doesn’t jack up the prices for Asian skincare products, so I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
Those masks look like so much fun! I especially love the packing on the Hanaka ones.

Haha, yes, the packaging is really cute. That always gets me when I’m deciding which products to buy!
