the result in July 2018, was that after doing one picoway session or 8-9 consecutive treatments? thanks!

  2. Sara says:

Wow, thanks for this informative, detailed post. I am considering Picoway, and this definitely really helped. :)

  3. Gabrielle says:

Ooh, I’d never heard of this treatment before now, though it really does sound to have been effective – especially as the scabs fell off after just 1 week. Also, you truly do have the MOST beautiful skin ever, wow!

Oh you’re brave for trying this! it’s great it gave you results, but I’d be a little too scared of the lazer part and the burning smell, haha!

Hope you are having a nice weekend! :) It’s a busy one here, lots of rushing around, but also some family time which is nice :)

  8. Oh wow, this sounds so interesting. I’ve always wanted to remove my freckles, although I don’t have as many as my mum, it was always annoying for me. I have been hesitant about laser treatments because I didn’t have a high threshold of pain until I got older. It seems ideal, especially the time and recovery. I love La Roche-Posay, as well. /Madison

  9. I have been curious about the treatment ever since I saw it on your Instagram stories, thank you for sharing more. It sounds like a treatment I would benefit from, as I have quite a bit of sun damage on my temples and my cheeks. How much did it cost?

    • Jenny says:

I just updated the post with the cost, but it was around $424.26 USD. The costs vary per clinic, and I’ve seen anywhere from $130 to $700+!

  10. It’s nice to know that it has almost no downtime and your skin heals so quickly. The results right after is unbelievable! Your skin looks so plump, soft and the glow is remarkable.

Hi may I ask how old are you? Im just wondering if picoway is suitable for me cause im just 28. Does it matter? my main concern is hydration

      • Jenny says:

I was 30 when I got the treatment. Age doesn’t really matter, but if you’re looking for hydration lasers are not the right choice. You can get good results from a facial or even at home routine.

  11. That’s so cool that you tried the PicoWay laser treatment Jenny! I love the way you detailed your treatment and post recovery process. Even though some of the effects have worn off, the visible improvement of your skin from last year to this year is impressive. I just had my first Clear + Brilliant laser treatment this past week and I wonder how it compares to the Picoway. I committed to 3 treatments and I will write about it when they are complete. My skin is finally getting past the whole sandpaper phase and I’ve been applying Weleda Skin Food around the clock.

  12. Laura says:

Wow I can really tell the difference! Your complexion looks so fresh and even more beautiful. Thank you for the insightful post, I love how beautiful yet “nerdy” and in-detail your content is always. Have a lovely weekend! Looking forward to your next post!

If I’ll ever get there then I need to try this laser. I used traditional laser once and the pain wasn’t bad but I wish it could be less painful. I need to note all the product recommendations :)
